Fresh chestnuts.
From our farm, to your table.
No chemicals. No storage. No B.S.
We farm naturally and ship our nuts as soon as they're ready.
Certification Underway
Planted by hand. Farmed the right way.
Some of our clearest memories are from the farm — planting seedlings on my parents' land, waiting years to see what grew, learning that good food takes time and care. Those memories are why this orchard exists.
We farm to build something lasting. Every season, we improve soil health, keep habitat for pollinators, and grow without synthetic inputs — not because a certification requires it, but because this is land we intend to hand down.
Our kids run barefoot through this orchard. That's the bar we hold ourselves to. If it's not good enough for them to play in, it's not good enough to grow food in.
We're Sacramento's first farm shipping fresh chestnuts direct to households and restaurants across the country — harvested and packed the same week. No warehouse, no cold storage, no middleman.
The week the nuts start falling,
we start shipping.
As soon as harvest begins — usually September — we pack and ship across the U.S. within 48 hours of picking. No warehouse. No cold storage. No sitting around waiting for demand. You get them the week they come off the tree, the way they're supposed to taste.
Simple farming. No shortcuts.
Planted and tended the right way
We chose varieties bred for California's climate — larger, sweeter, easier to peel. The kind worth growing and worth eating.
Harvested and shipped within 48 hours
The nuts go straight from the ground to the box to you. No warehouse, no cold storage, no sitting around. When we pick, we ship — same week, every time.
Regenerative organic farming
We're pursuing Regenerative Organic Certification. No synthetic pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers. Chestnut trees are perennials — you take care of the land or you don't have a farm.
Retail and wholesale welcome
